🍌🍪 Banana Pudding Cookie Butter Latte

If you're a fan of flavored lattes and love experimenting at home, the Banana Pudding Cookie Butter Latte is a delightful treat to add to your coffee repertoire. This drink combines the rich, creamy notes of banana pudding with the sweet, nutty flavor of cookie butter, creating a unique and comforting beverage. To make this latte, start by pulling three shots of espresso for a strong coffee base. Then, incorporate 1½ tablespoons of banana bread syrup and 1 tablespoon of cookie butter syrup to infuse sweet, fruity, and spiced elements. Using milk of your choice, froth and mix it into the espresso and syrups to achieve a velvety texture. What sets this latte apart is the Cookie Butter Cold Foam topping. By whipping 2 tablespoons of heavy whipping cream with 1 tablespoon of cookie butter creamer, ½ tablespoon of cookie butter syrup, a pinch of salt, and a dash of cinnamon, you create a flavorful and creamy foam that sits beautifully on top of the latte. This blend of ingredients results in a drink that's not overly sweet but offers layers of flavor ranging from the rich espresso to the sweet banana and cookie butter notes, balanced by the slight saltiness and spice from the cinnamon. It's a perfect cozy drink for any season, especially fall, and a creative way to enjoy coffee beyond the usual flavors. For those recreating this recipe, feel free to adjust syrups according to your sweetness preference and try different milk options like oat or almond milk for a dairy-free version. This recipe not only offers a comforting treat but also encourages coffee lovers to explore new flavor combinations and barista-style drinks at home.
