Feeling proud ✨💕

This weekend I had the privilege of competing in a mud run. I was at rawhid doing mud girl with a group of friends. This was a 3 mile and 12 obstacles that involved (surprise) mud. I was able to complete all of them with ease, might not seem much for other but for someone with bad knees was a huge thing. I loved that it as all women and got to see #girlpowers in action. There was always a few women helping others complete a tough course or giving encouragement. In the end we revived a medal and refreshments to help.

... Read moreAfter successfully completing my MudGirl run, I realized that while the feeling of achievement is paramount, many people search for more details about the obstacles themselves. Before I ran, I was curious too! So, let me share a bit more about what you can expect when you sign up for a MudGirl event, especially regarding those exciting obstacles. From the moment you pass the 'START' archway, you’re in for a treat. MudGirl isn’t just about running; it’s about navigating a series of unique challenges designed to test your strength, agility, and teamwork. The 12 obstacles are varied, ensuring there’s something for everyone, and the best part is the incredible encouragement from fellow participants. It truly embodies the 'Stronger Together' spirit! One type of obstacle you'll definitely encounter involves climbing. Think towering walls or cargo nets that require a good upper-body push and some leg power. My tip for these: don't be afraid to ask for a boost or a helping hand! Everyone is there to support each other. You'll also find various crawling challenges, often through thick, sticky mud, sometimes under nets or through tunnels. Keep your body low, protect your face, and embrace the mess – it's part of the fun! I particularly remember the wooden seesaw obstacles, similar to what you might see in some of the event photos. These require balance and a bit of nerve as the platform shifts under your weight. My advice? Look straight ahead, not down, and take steady, deliberate steps. Another highlight is usually a water-based obstacle, often a slide or a pool to wade through, like the 'ATLANTIS OBSTACLE 02' that was mentioned. These are a great way to cool off and get even muddier! Don't forget the classic mud pits – deep trenches filled with glorious, squishy mud that you'll have to push through. Beyond specific obstacles, there's always a sense of community. The 'PINK ARMY MUDGIRL' theme isn't just for show; it fosters an environment where women uplift each other. Even if you're not an experienced athlete, you'll feel empowered to try everything. Remember to wear comfortable clothes you don't mind getting completely ruined, good grip shoes, and maybe some gloves for rope obstacles. Most importantly, go in with a positive attitude, be ready to laugh, and enjoy the camaraderie. Completing these obstacles isn't just about physical strength; it's about mental resilience and the joy of doing something challenging with an amazing group of women. It’s an unforgettable experience that leaves you feeling incredibly proud and strong!

No matter how much you feel like you didn’t get to accomplish this year, take a second to look back. See truly all you did. Whether you left a toxic relationship, learned to love yourself a little more, maybe this was this first year you didn’t get sick. These are all wins too. No win is to small,

There was once a younger version of you who prayed for the life you’re living now. She prayed for healing. She prayed for peace. She prayed to make it through the hard seasons. She prayed to become the person God was calling her to be. And even if you don’t feel “there” yet, take a moment

There were times this year when I felt like throwing in the towel. Life can be overwhelming, and it’s easy to give in to those tough moments. But deep down, I knew I had to pick that towel back up, ring out the negativity, and hang it up to dry. 🌟 It wasn’t easy there were lifestyle changes, men

The image introduces "Clairsentience: The Gift of Feeling Energy," defining it as "clear feeling" and a powerful intuitive gift living in the body. It invites exploration of how it works and how to use it.
This image defines clairsentience as the ability to feel energy, emotions, and unseen frequencies, manifesting as physical sensations, emotional shifts, and gut instincts, emphasizing feeling over knowing.
The image lists signs of being clairsentient, including picking up moods, body reactions, feeling "off" around certain people, needing solitude, and experiencing unexplained emotional waves, calling the body an intuitive antenna.
