Attending the Arizona Panda Festival for its second year was an unforgettable experience filled with diverse flavors and cultural celebrations. One of my favorite parts was sampling the variety of food stalls, especially the Korean BBQ that was perfectly grilled and the crispy shrimp tempura that had an irresistible crunch. Taiyaki, a delightful Japanese fish-shaped pastry filled with sweet red bean paste, was a sweet treat that I highly recommend. The festival also offered refreshing beverages such as freshly squeezed lemonade and unique drinks like Soka and Vietnamese coffee, which provided a perfect balance between sweet and strong flavors. Beyond the delicious food and drinks, I was deeply moved by the performance of the Arizona Vietnamese youth club. Their traditional attire and graceful dance brought vibrant cultural heritage to life, creating a heartfelt connection to the community. The lively atmosphere with live music all around made the festival even more enjoyable, setting a joyful mood for everyone attending. It’s a celebration that beautifully combines food, music, and cultural pride.
