Anyone else break into a sweat bc of period pain?

So I was just prescribed birth control pills and painkillers for my awful cramps, the gyno was so nice and considerate, said everything looked fine and gave me some pills.

Sometimes I'd have to lay on a cold floor because I'd get so sweaty and exhausted from my cramps, I'd be next to the toilet puking, expecting my guts to come out with the vomit, my legs would go numb like I've been sitting wrong for hours. It's been awful and I hope these medications work.
