First Gym up is ADAPT 😬 Located in North Miami, FL just across the tracks.

This gym is great for individuals who love to take classes. Lots of space to move around. They offer a variety of classes pretty much every day of the week.

For my guys who love to hoop without being subjected to the Miami Heat …this one is for you 😎

For the ladies who built and maintain their “BBLs” in the gym (I swear I get asked once a day 🥹🫶🏽), the search continues 🤪
