I let myself eat until I was satisfied, not stuffed, and then simply moved on with my day. This approach felt revolutionary. Suddenly, food was no longer the dominant thought in my mind. I realized that my cravings and overthinking stemmed from emotional triggers and habits rather than actual hunger. Incorporating balanced meals with adequate proteins and nutrients helped as well, providing lasting energy and reducing the urge to snack out of boredom or stress. Additionally, I explored the role of peptides, which have become popular in some weight-loss diets. While I approached this cautiously and sought professional advice, I found understanding how peptides can influence metabolism and appetite regulation insightful. It’s not about quick fixes but about supporting the body’s natural functions. Most importantly, I embraced the idea that food is fuel—not a source of constant stress.
