Still the best year of my life🫶🏼

2024 has been good to me. A lot of loss but feeling happy and grateful for those around me. 🩷

As I am getting older I feel like time is speeding up 🫠

Embracing both joy and sorrow can lead to personal growth and deeper connections with those around us. Time indeed seems to fly by faster as we age, prompting us to cherish each moment. Engaging with gratitude practices, such as journaling about the positive aspects of our lives, can enhance our overall well-being. In addition, understanding the cycle of loss and appreciation allows us to foster relationships that uplift us. Yearly reflections not only help in acknowledging achievements but also in setting new intentions for the future. As we move forward into 2025, let’s embrace every lesson that comes, reinforcing the bonds with friends and family who make the journey worthwhile.

Now that I’m 25 years old, I have had so many experiences now then I did when I was 18 years old. My mind was focused on partying, finally having my “independence”, and becoming a legal adult. Of course, as we grow we learn. So these are the thing I would tell my 18 year old self (and you guys)!
