Fancy products and countless steps might seem appealing, but they can actually discourage regular use and create frustration. Instead, I recommend stripping your routine down to only what you truly want and what works for your skin. For example, my night routine became basic but real, focusing on gentle cleansing, hydration, and the occasional use of Vermisse Repair Essential Oil—a seasonal must-have for me that supports my skin without overwhelming it. If your face is acting up or feeling sensitive, it’s okay to slow down or simplify your routine. Sometimes less is more, allowing your skin to recover and balance naturally. Remember, the goal isn’t to be perfect but to reduce stress and frustration, making your skincare regimen a sustainable and enjoyable part of your lifestyle. Incorporating these tips helped me maintain a glowing complexion without obsessing over every product or step. For those just starting out or anyone feeling overwhelmed, try focusing on basic, effective care that suits your skin’s needs and your lifestyle. Consistency and kindness toward your skin go a long way in achieving a healthy glow.
