How time has flown 🫶
It's funny how often we say, "Wow, time has truly flown!" One minute you're just starting out, figuring things out, and the next, you look back and realize how much has changed. For me, that feeling has been incredibly strong lately, and it led me to reflect on my own journey. I remember a phase in my life where I felt a bit like "indigo." Not sad, exactly, but perhaps a bit muted, still searching for my true colors. It was a time of introspection, of quietly observing the world, and sometimes, feeling a little unsure of my path. I was learning, growing, but definitely not yet "shining." It’s a common feeling, I think, that period where you know you're evolving, but you haven't quite found your rhythm or your brightest self. During this time, I often felt like I was just going through the motions, and truthfully, time felt a bit slow, full of unspoken questions. Then, gradually, things started to shift. It wasn't one big 'aha!' moment, but a series of small discoveries, a collection of brave steps, and a conscious effort to nurture myself. I started saying yes to new experiences, learning to set boundaries, and investing in things that genuinely brought me joy. Slowly but surely, I began to see my own worth, understand my strengths, and embrace my unique quirks. It was like someone had flicked a switch, and suddenly, the colors in my life became more vibrant. And that’s when I truly started to feel like "you made me shine like gold." It's an incredible feeling when you realize you've transitioned from that quiet, searching indigo to a confident, radiant gold. It’s not about perfection, but about embracing your authentic self and letting your inner light truly glow. This golden phase feels so much more aligned with who I am meant to be, and looking back, the speed at which time has flown from that indigo phase to now is genuinely astounding. If you're also feeling like time is flying by, or perhaps you're in your own "indigo" phase, I want to share a few thoughts that helped me appreciate the journey. Firstly, embrace the present moment. While it's easy for time to slip away, try to anchor yourself in small daily joys – a warm cup of tea, a beautiful sunset, a genuine laugh with a friend. These little anchors make each day feel more substantial. Secondly, reflect on your progress regularly. It’s easy to focus on what’s next, but taking time to review where you've come from can be incredibly powerful. Journaling, looking through old photos, or even just a quiet moment of reflection can help you acknowledge how far you've come and appreciate the journey that has brought you to where you are. Finally, don't be afraid to sparkle! Whether you're indigo, gold, or somewhere in between, every stage of your personal growth journey is valuable. When you start to feel that shift, that inner glow, allow yourself to "shine" brightly. What does that mean for you? Maybe it's pursuing a passion, sharing your voice, or simply radiating kindness. My journey from indigo to gold has taught me that time may fly, but the memories and the person you become along the way are truly priceless. Keep growing, keep evolving, and let your unique light brighten the world around you.
