Easy Work Breakfast
This is my current go-to work breakfast! I'm trying to add more protein to my mornings, and this breakfast is easy to bring with me to work! Between the yogurt and the protein granola, this is about 26 grams of protein! I'm also pretty obsessed with this caffeinated cranberry juice I just found at Target - as someone who doesn't drink coffee or energy drinks, and is trying to cut out soda, this is a great source of caffeine at 75mg. It also doesn't have any artificial sweetener or Stevia, both of which I find really gross (it's the aftertaste for me).
And of course, I always bring a HUGE mug of tea - my office gets so cold!

Starting your day with a protein-rich breakfast can provide lasting energy and keep you satiated until lunchtime. This combination of yogurt and granola is not just delightful; it also offers a substantial 26 grams of protein, making it a smart choice for those looking to increase their protein intake. The unique choice of caffeinated cranberry juice is an innovative alternative for anyone who prefers to steer clear of traditional coffee or energy drinks—providing a refreshing 75mg of caffeine without the artificial sweeteners that many find unpalatable. Additionally, pairing this breakfast with a large cup of tea ensures comfort, especially in cold office environments. For those seeking even more options, consider adding fruits like bananas or berries for an extra nutrient boost. You could also explore other high-protein yogurts or switch to granolas that feature nuts and seeds. Remember, the goal is to find a routine that balances convenience with nutrition to kickstart your mornings effectively. This recipe is ideal for busy professionals and anyone looking to tap into creative breakfast ideas that align with their dietary preferences.
