Two organic grass fed burger. I’ll make a burger bowl for myself and add cheese to my partner’s and serve on brioche

Taco night with grass fed beef, Siete spicy taco seasoning in Siete grain free shells or tortillas homegrown lettuce and sprouts - dairy free for me spicy Carolina Reaper cheese for him.

Turkey meatballs- organic ground Turkey mixed with quinoa oat-like flakes, egg, fresh (homegrown) oregano & basil chopped browned in skillet and Trader Joe’s organic salt free tomato sauce. I’ll have with Palmini Hearts of Palm pasta or cauliflower rice- meatball sandwich on brioche for him with melted provolone mozzarella cheese.

Oven roasted veggies for lunch and dinner sides.

Not shown - Turkey salad for lunch made from leftover home smoked Turkey breast, hard boiled egg, Simple Girl Citrus Ginger Dressing, Avocado Mayo, chopped onion, fresh (homegrown) dill, Mojo Citrus seasoning on lettuce for me on Dave’s Killer 21 seed bread for him.

We eat well Bullshit it’s worth the couple hours on a Sunday afternoon to have quick, healthy, options during the week.
