Katsu Midori is tastier than Sushiro, right?-?
Just tried Katsu Midori for the first time, compared to eating Sushiro many times. The personal feeling is that it is more real. The taste is very delicious. The amount per dish is a lot of meat, a lot of rice, great. There are a lot of menus, both fishy and sweet. The price is good. We eat a lot of menus 40-50-60, two pieces per dish, 20-30 baht. Worth it.

- 60 baht shrimp sauce, it is very delicious. We alone eat two dishes, focus on hahaha.
- Salmon and cream cheese, 40 baht. Super noises. Two juicy dishes, too.
- Braised egg, plain menu, 50 baht, but delicious, smooth, not salty.
- Strawberry cheesecake ice cream 50 baht, get 1 scoop, very delicious, have to try, forget to take pictures; (
- Cat pudding has been tasting Thai tea lately, delicious, not sweet, sweet, counterproductive.
The downside is that the food ordered from the screen will be served a little late (maybe peak time at noon).
But if Sushiro is bad, it's not bad, it's delicious, but maybe it doesn't feel wow. When you try it here, ask if you still eat it, you'll eat it because there's a branch near the house on the day you really want to eat sushi. 😅
And both stores have a 10% service charge.
จากประสบการณ์การลองทานซูชิที่ Katsu Midori ครั้งแรก ต้องบอกเลยว่าประทับใจในความสดของวัตถุดิบและปริมาณที่ให้เยอะกว่าข้าวซูชิ ทำให้รู้สึกอิ่มและคุ้มค่า แม้ราคาจะอยู่ในช่วง 40-60 บาทต่อจานแต่คุณภาพเกินราคา โดยเฉพาะเมนูกุ้งซอสซีฟู้ดที่ซอสเข้มข้นและหอมกลิ่นทะเลแท้ๆ ส่วนแซลมอนกับครีมชีสก็เข้ากันดีจนได้รสชาติกลมกล่อมอย่างไม่น่าเชื่อ ไข่ตุ๋นก็เป็นเมนูง่ายๆ แต่รสชาติและเนื้อเนียนนุ่มทำให้รู้สึกว่าควรสั่งทุกครั้งที่มา ส่วนขนมของที่นี่ เช่น ไอติม Strawberry cheesecake และพุดดิ้งแมวดึ๋งๆ รสชาไทย ช่วยเติมเต็มมื้ออาหารอย่างลงตัวและไม่หวานจนเกินไป เสิร์ฟขนาดพอดี รสชาติฟินจนต้องเลิฟจริงๆ ข้อเสียเล็กน้อยคือ การรออาหารอาจช้าตอนช่วงคนเยอะ ซึ่งอาจจะเป็นเรื่องปกติของร้านซูชิสายพานยอดนิยม แต่ยังถือว่าเข้าใจได้ เมื่อเทียบกับคุณภาพอาหารและราคาที่เหมาะสม ส่วนการเทียบกับ Sushiro นั้นก็ถือว่าเป็นร้านซูชิที่ดี มีความน่าเชื่อถือและสาขากว้างขวาง เหมาะสำหรับวันที่ต้องการความสะดวกและไม่รีบร้อน แต่ถ้าหากต้องการความสดใหม่ และหลากหลายเมนูหลากรสชาติมากขึ้น Katsu Midori น่าจะตอบโจทย์ได้ดีกว่าในแง่ของการได้ประสบการณ์รับประทานที่แตกต่างและคุ้มค่าจริงๆ สุดท้ายแล้ว เมื่อลองทั้งสองร้านแล้วผมคิดว่าการกลับมาทานที่ Sushiro ยังเป็นตัวเลือกที่ดีในบางวัน แต่ถ้ามีโอกาส อยากแนะนำให้ลอง Katsu Midori ดูสักครั้ง รับรองว่าจะทำให้คุณรู้สึกว่า "ซูชิสายพาน” ก็สามารถมีความหลากหลาย และคุณภาพดีระดับนี้ได้จริงๆ
