Gluten is the bane of my existence
🌾 It is in everything I love, which means I have to avoid just about everything (again) if I want to get my health back in order.
But, I’ve done it before and I’ll do it again.
Restarting my mission to eliminate 🚫 gluten, 🚫sugar & 🚫dairy (again) from my diet so I can FEEL better.
And get back down to a healthy weight. Tonight was my last night consuming these items that make me feel like crap!
