The little shop is warm. The merchant is very friendly like x100.

Even though the shop has a coffee specialty sign, matcha hee is not too small. When I walked in, the merchant said that I just made the last glass and the shogpuk was empty.

But in the end, the merchant took the chiller that had never been tried. Let's try it together. Hahahahaha

The one that tried was a straight Nishio from Japan. After opening the envelope, the color was good, the smell was good. The merchant set up the camera with the tea.

Customers sit and watch, wait for the merchant instead, hahahaha. It might take me five minutes to wait, but I don't feel angry or anything. The merchant is fun to talk, not uncomfortable. Anyone lonely to sit with the merchant would be happy.

After tasting is good, sweet in itself. No need to add sugar. Nua nut taste, but a little algae. Intense. Eat and lose.

ถ้ากำลังหา “cafe special” แถวลำลูกกา/คลอง 2 ที่ไม่ได้มีดีแค่กาแฟ เราว่า Sae Play Slowbar Coffee เป็นอีกร้านที่ควรปักหมุด เพราะบรรยากาศมันเป็น slowbar จริงๆ คือร้านเล็กๆ แต่ดูอบอุ่น นั่งแล้วไม่เกร็ง เหมาะกับคนอยากพักสมอง หรือมาคนเดียวแล้วอยากได้คุยกับบาริสต้าแบบเพลินๆ สิ่งที่เราชอบคือความตั้งใจในขั้นตอนชง โดยเฉพาะเมนูมัทฉะ เห็นอุปกรณ์ชงชาครบทั้งชาม แปรงไม้ไผ่ และมีจังหวะ “ตีมัทฉะ” ให้ดูแบบชัดๆ ใครสายถ่ายรูป/ถ่ายคลิปคือคุ้มมาก เพราะตอนเทมัทฉะลงแก้วนมเย็นจะเกิดเลเยอร์สีเขียว-ขาวสวยๆ ถ่ายออกมาฟีล Matcha Time สุดๆ (แก้วใสยังมีโลโก้ Sae Play ด้วย) สำหรับคนที่ไม่แน่ใจจะสั่งอะไร ถ้าชอบมัทฉะเข้มๆ แต่ไม่อยากหวานจัด แนะนำให้บอกแนวบาริสต้าไปเลยว่าอยากได้รสชาเด่นๆ เราเคยลองแนว Nishio แล้วได้ฟีลนัวๆ คล้ายถั่วนิดๆ และมีโทนสาหร่ายเบาๆ ที่ทำให้รสชาติไม่แบน ที่สำคัญคือหวานธรรมชาติ ไม่จำเป็นต้องเติมน้ำตาลเพิ่ม (เหมาะกับคนคุมหวาน) ส่วนสายกาแฟที่เสิร์ชหา cafe special แล้วคาดหวังความ “สเปเชียลตี้” เราว่าร้านนี้ตอบโจทย์ตรงที่เขาชงแบบพิถีพิถันและคุยรายละเอียดให้ฟังได้ ถ้าไปช่วงคนไม่เยอะ ลองถามเมล็ดกาแฟหรือสไตล์ที่ชอบ เช่น ฟรุตตี้/นัตตี้ บาริสต้ามักแนะนำได้ดี ทำให้ได้แก้วที่ตรงรสที่เราชอบจริงๆ ทริคเล็กๆ ก่อนไป: เผื่อเวลาไว้สักนิด เพราะ slowbar จะไม่ได้ออกไวเหมือนร้านใหญ่ๆ แต่ข้อดีคือระหว่างรอไม่น่าเบื่อเลย และถ้าเป็นสายกลับซ้ำ แอบแนะนำให้ถามเรื่องบัตรสะสมแต้ม (ครบ 10 แก้วแลกฟรีได้) จะคุ้มมาก สรุปคือ ถ้าอยากได้คาเฟ่สเปเชียลที่มีทั้งกาแฟและมัทฉะดีๆ แถมมีที่จอดรถ ร้านนี้เป็นตัวเลือกที่ไปแล้วรู้สึกแฮปปี้แบบง่ายๆ เลย
