10 months unemployed. Social Security compensation.
We lost our job, got out of the same job almost 10 months ago at the age of 3.
(This post is a sharing of work experience)
I have to say, the company we made is a source.
Find someone to work for a big company again.
Let me not tell you the details for our safety.
It must also be understood that the emotional source company employees are like a mistress.
Our job is to record customer information that has been logged in.
And passed it to the job department in that big company.
Check the authenticity again.
But the point is, people checking the data from us let the wrong job go up to the top.
So the nemesis fell on us because we were just concubines.
His company must take the people of his company first.
Although the wrong person is the person of his own company
Otherwise, why would there be a validation department after us?
And responsibility turns out to fall on us.
We have been working for 8 years. The working style is suitable for our introverts. Even if we have to go to the office, when working is the person, the environment is not bad. Friends are okay, but they don't always have similar problems.
And we are quite good workers, will be stuffed to work hard
That others don't always do. That's not a problem.
If the problem lasts less than eight years,
At some point we thought it was saturation.
We are not bored with the work we do, but we think that it lasts our lives so that we do not really have time for ourselves.
The money from the job is purely for work time.
Think of it as a case. Money that is not fixed. Do less.
Can do a lot, but later, less work
It also makes less income, not including employees who have to compete for cases and lack good management from department heads (new department heads are young, who are not very knowledgeable and lack good management in their own lines).
Which makes it an unequal job distribution problem. Who can be sensitive?
Anyone who is slow gets a difficult job and who works well
We thought it was not fair and no one wanted to understand the problem and wanted to manage it better like each one came to just work and finish it each day. We felt that it was saturated for us as employees of this company. We thought that in two years we would go out to find a new job. We needed a little time to prepare but didn't think that this would happen, which we didn't keep up.
From the problem that we said that fewer jobs, people vie for jobs because there are many people in the department with less workload and lack of good management. It makes us take a loan to make money to spend on the family and then have to leave suddenly unprepared. The boss to design that day. Didn't wait until the end of the month. We think it's not just that cause. It may be that we work quite well and as quickly as we vie for other people's work, do not divide for other people. Who can work quickly? Then we work quickly, where are we wrong? Working fast until we are not left for others? We still have to feel guilty about not dividing for others. When we are unemployed, we do nothing. Divided to others. When we can't return quickly, the boss will bring other people's work to us so that we can return with others. And then we have to feel guilty. Like this, it will also go to management problems. Because of bad management, there will be problems like this, which we do not care about anymore. And the dropout is not announced, it makes us confused and stressed because we have to drop out with a full system of debt.
After we wrote our resignation, we immediately contacted Social Security unemployment.
At this age of 3, finding a new job is not easy.
So we had to decide to go back to the provinces to get a new foothold, but at the time of registration, the vacant person was easy to receive the compensation that had to be reported through the system every month, we reported for 6 months, but the problem was that we had not received a baht at that time, but was very stressed, but had to clench our teeth to do other work first, because we were in the school, unable to come back up to the police department.
So we let go of the compensation until recently, almost 10 months after our return to Bangkok.
We don't think we have this compensation anymore.
But let's try to investigate social security causes, and it turns out that the reason for not receiving compensation is
Reasons the resignation does not match the employer.
We immediately understood that the information in the reporting system did not match the employer's notice, which the employer told us was not the cause but the repatriation.
Meaning like forcing us to fire
But let us write our resignation because usually leaving work requires a month's notice.
If the employer hires out, we must also receive that part of the compensation before we leave. Tell us to send us back as if we agreed to write our resignation. At that time we were very stressed and confused, so we had to follow everything without thinking.
Back at Social Security, we asked what we should do next, and he told us to go back to Social Security in the covered area to correct the data in our system in Bang Khai.
In Bangkok Area 2, today we went to contact
Just let him fix the information.
And wait for one money, because we've been reporting for six months. How much?
There will be further updates and we will tell.
At least in case anyone has a problem like this.
Don't forget to contact us. The taxes we paid are our money, our social security we should have. Don't neglect this part like us until almost 10 months.
It's because it's not prudent, plus we're an intro when we find something to deal with outside work, we're not very interested, the more stressful it is, the longer it goes.
Don't forget, our rights are ours. Don't neglect our rights that we should have.
Right now, we don't have a job.
But at least we've done what we love.
Have time to yourself. Have discovered yourself.
What we really want to do
Therefore decided to do what I wanted to do a long time ago but didn't have time to do it, sharing concerts like this
It's gonna be a little hard at first, but believe me,
Doing what we love is like a job.
We will not feel that we work at all one day.
It's a strength for everyone who is fighting everyone's life. ✌️
