beat by cops, jail, divorce, Marine Corps
Life can throw numerous challenges our way, and my journey reflects just that. Growing up without a driver’s license since 18 posed significant obstacles, but it didn't define my capabilities. I raised four incredible boys, teaching them the importance of perseverance and hard work. My career spanned 47 years in concrete block management, where I not only developed skills but also built a legacy through dedication and passion. The struggles included encounters with law enforcement and personal conflicts, including a divorce and a background as a Marine. Each experience, whether it was facing police brutality or enduring a challenging marriage, contributed to my growth. They taught me valuable lessons about judgment, resilience, and the need for understanding in our society. While many may judge based on my lack of a driver's license, my life's achievements and the character I instilled in my sons showcase the power of determination. I encourage others to look beyond superficial appearances and understand the broader stories that shape a person's life.
