A mi me encanta hacer gimnasia, pero la importancia de que y cuando hacer ciertos hábitos.

Claro que es muy personal, lo que funciona para mí quizás no funcione para ti y viceversa.

Pero como empezar el día es muy importante, quizás 5 minutos de meditación es ideal para algunas personas y para otras necesitan algo más. Para mi personalmente empezar la mañana con movimientos suaves despertando el cuerpo y dándome una dosis de energía es fundamental para empezar mi día en paz. Yoga es mi derivado
