Stop wasting your money buying baking cups for muffins! All you need to do is spray your muffin tin generously with an nonstick cooking spray and toss a little flour in it.

I’d recommend doing this over a trash can because it can get messy! After you sprinkle your flour in make sure you turn your pan on each side and make sure it’s nicely coated. DUMP OUT THE EXCESS!!!

This will leave you with the most perfect muffins ever!! Just be sure you let them cool 10 - 15 minutes before you try!

Pumpkin Muffin Recipe:

Ingredients: ✨

• 1 ¾ cups All-Purpose Flour

• 1 tablespoon Pumpkin Pie Spice

• 1 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon

• 1 teaspoon Baking Soda

• ½ teaspoon Baking Powder

• ½ teaspoon Salt

• 1 cup Sugar

• ½ cup Light Brown Sugar (packed)

• ½ cup Canola Oil

• 1¾ cups Pumpkin Puree

• 2 large Eggs

• 2 tablespoons Milk

• 2 teaspoons Vanilla

Instructions: ✨

1. Preheat your oven to 425°F and spray muffin tray and coat in flour.

2. In a medium bowl, combine the flour, pumpkin spice, cinnamon, baking soda, baking powder, and salt. Whisk until combined.

3. In a large bowl, blend the pumpkin puree with the sugar and brown sugar until smooth. Stir in the eggs, oil, milk, and vanilla extract until fully incorporated.

4. Slowly add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, gently whisking until the batter is smooth.

5. Spoon the batter into the tray, filling each one to the top.

6. Bake at 425°F for 5 minutes, then lower the oven temperature to 350°F and continue baking for another 16-17 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
