blood sugar spikes were causing my anxiety

& what I did to fix it! A fews ago my anxiety was heavily linked to my blood sugar! Every day I would drink a smoothie & drink a coffee then crash an hour after with horrible anxiety. This habit was hard for me to break and realize that what I was eating was causing my anxiety! I know

Not gonna lie… I used to confuse the bare minimum with real effort. Not because it was enough — but because I’d never been given more. A “good morning” text felt like love. Hanging out once a week felt like commitment. Him finally calling me back felt like “trying.” But that wasn’t effort.
