For example, the Blurting method is fantastic for reinforcing memory because it forces you to recall information without looking at your notes, which really tests your retention. I found using different colored pens to correct or add missing information helped visually reinforce the material. The Pomodoro technique, with its 25-minute focused intervals and short breaks, helped me maintain my focus without feeling overwhelmed. This balance between work and rest kept me refreshed and productive. Flashcards were especially useful when I had to memorize definitions or foreign language vocabulary. I created digital flashcards so I could quiz myself anytime, even on the go. The Cornell note-taking system completely changed how I organize information during lectures. Writing questions in the left margin and answers on the right gave me a clear structure for review. My favorite, however, is the Feynman technique. Pretending to teach the material to someone else made me realize which areas I truly understood and which needed more work. It’s like having a built-in self-assessment. Recently, I integrated AI-powered apps like Study Tok AI, which allowed me to take notes digitally, create quizzes, flashcards, and mind maps. These tools complemented the traditional methods and made review sessions interactive and personalized. Incorporating these study hacks into my routine has made a significant difference in my academic performance, boosting my confidence and helping me achieve my goal of getting a perfect score. I recommend experimenting with these methods to find which combination best fits your learning style.
