Are you a morning lark, feeling sharp and focused as the sun rises? Or are you a night owl, with your brain truly coming alive after dinner? I used to force myself to wake up at 5 AM because everyone said it was the most productive time. Guess what? I'd just stare at my books, groggy and uninspired. Once I started paying attention to when I naturally felt most alert and energetic, everything shifted. To figure this out, I highly recommend keeping a simple 'energy journal' for a few days. Just jot down notes about how you feel at different times of the day – when you're most alert, when you feel a dip, and when you're completely drained. This isn't about rigid scheduling; it's about identifying patterns. For instance, I discovered my peak focus window is usually mid-morning to early afternoon.
