This is one of the apps that I use daily. It's called Clear app and it's available on the app store (ios only for now).

It's like having a pocket notebook that you can whip out at any time. Think of it like if the reminders app and the notes app had a baby, it would be this app… except it's not boring and it is actually fun to use.

The sounds, the themes, and the icons just makes this app feel good to use. I actually read a review that this is perfect for people with ADHD.
