Getting in the mood to study is often harder than studying itself. Sometimes, all you need is get on the momentum, so here are some tips.

In my case, here are my Top 3:

🎧 Listen to Music: Put on some calming or instrumental music to create a relaxing atmosphere. Music can help you focus and block out distractions.

☕ Grab a Snack or Drink: Prepare a healthy snack or a cup of coffee/tea. This can give you an energy boost and make you feel more ready to tackle your study session.

📝 Set a Small Goal: Start with a simple, manageable task. Completing a small goal can give you a sense of accomplishment and motivate you to keep going.
