In my experience, I found that active recall was the most effective, scoring a perfect 10/10 as it encourages deeper retention of the material. Conversely, re-writing notes was less beneficial, earning a mere -3/10 as it often leads to a false sense of achievement without reinforcing the information. Flashcards, which can be great for enrichment, received an 8/10, while the Pomodoro technique scored a solid 9/10 for helping me focus. If you're struggling with traditional methods, consider trying out some different techniques — perhaps apps that transcribe lectures can also provide alternative learning approaches. Don't hesitate to share your ratings on these study methods; learning from each other's experiences can drastically enhance our study habits!
