It feels like there’s nothing changed 😭🥹

3/11 Edited to

... Read moreSometimes, despite all our efforts, it genuinely feels like nothing is changing. Whether you're studying hard or just trying to move forward in life, that sensation can be really disheartening, and I’ve been there myself. For me, spending long hours in bed or stuck in the same environment without obvious progress made me feel stuck in time, as if life was paused and everything just repeated itself. This feeling is quite common, especially among students or people juggling multiple commitments daily. The world outside keeps moving, but our personal growth might seem invisible, just like the phrase “The world right now: Me on my bed” implies. It reflects how sometimes our external environment contrasts profoundly with our internal state. From personal experience, the key to overcoming this feeling is to take small, intentional steps towards change. These don’t have to be dramatic or fast; even tiny adjustments in your daily routine, like creating a new study schedule, changing your workspace, or setting achievable goals, can shift your mindset and create momentum. Tracking small wins over time helps you see progress you might otherwise miss. Moreover, it helps to acknowledge the emotional side of feeling stuck—frustration, sadness, or even humor, as expressed in relatable posts tagged #funny or #relateable. Recognizing these feelings without judgment can offer relief and a clearer path forward. In conclusion, if you’re feeling like nothing has changed despite your efforts, know that this is a normal phase. Exploring new ways to engage with your routine, seeking support from peers or communities, and being patient with yourself can gradually bring change. Remember, even when it feels like you’re just on your bed while the world moves, every small step counts towards breaking the cycle and renewing your motivation.

Prayer Feels Intimidating… Until I Did This! 👇🏾👇🏾👇🏾
Hey Sister! Can I be honest? Prayer used to feel so intimidating to me. Like, I’d sit down to talk to God and suddenly my mind would go blank. Or I’d start praying and then wonder, “Am I doing this right?” I wanted to be close to God, but I didn’t always know how to express what I was feeling.
