Mexican Brunch in SG serving Beef Birria Tacos 🌼

đ‘ș𝒖𝒑𝒆𝒓 𝑳𝒐𝒄𝒐 𝒂𝒕 đ‘č𝒐𝒃𝒆𝒓𝒕𝒔𝒐𝒏 𝑾𝒖𝒂𝒚 is where you can find some delicious Mexican food with relaxing views of the Singapore river. They have recently launched a new brunch menu and I headed down to try them for myself.

First-off, shoutout to their 𝙖𝙱𝙖𝙯𝙞𝙣𝙜 đ™šđ™šđ™§đ™«đ™žđ™˜đ™š. I loved how the staff constantly came to check in on us and would drop everything they were doing when we called. I even had to stretch my stiff neck at one point and the staff immediately rushed over. We felt really taken care of during our vist there!

I got the đđąđ«đ«đąđš 𝐁𝐞𝐞𝐟 𝐓𝐚𝐜𝐹𝐬 and loved the beef consumme which we used to dip the Birria tacos in. Personally, I felt that it was adjusted to fit the Singaporean tastebuds — chockful of flavour without being overly-spicy & choke-inducing, instead, it was light and we dipped everything in it! I also loved how it came with guacamole which was nicely citrusy with the right amount of salt. I also got the 𝐁𝐚𝐣𝐚 𝐅𝐱𝐬𝐡 𝐓𝐚𝐜𝐹 which featured the crispy crumbed barramundi & chilli mango salsa as well as the đ’đđžđšđ€ & 𝐄𝐠𝐠 𝐓𝐚𝐜𝐹 which featured salsa on steak bites with a fried egg.

We also got the 𝐄𝐠𝐠𝐬 𝐁𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐝𝐱𝐜𝐭𝐹 which featured poached eggs, beef bacon & hollandaise sauce atop some fluffy english muffins. As someone who is used to having pork bacons, the beef bacon was an interesting addition to the dish in the best way possible. And for dessert we got the 𝐋𝐹𝐜𝐹 đ–đšđŸđŸđ„đžđŹ which featured crispy dehydrated waffles with some dehydrated cranberries, banana & chocolate sauce. I loved how the waffles had the perfectly sweet & salty balance.

For drinks, we got the refreshing đ–đšđđžđ«đŠđžđ„đšđ§ đđšđŹđąđ„ đ‚đšđšđ„đžđ« & the coconutty 𝐀𝐜𝐚𝐱 & đđ„đźđžđ›đžđ«đ«đČ 𝐒𝐩𝐹𝐹𝐭𝐡𝐱𝐞 to wash everything down.
