Weight loss meals that keep me full

Since being on this weight loss journey I’ve learned to make my meals count. By decreasing carbs and sugars out of my diet I’ve been able to have my body in ketosis eliminating unwanted fat.

This meal was:

6-8 oz of protein (weighed uncooked)

2-3 cups of low carb vegetables

Healthy fats:

Mozzarella, and dressing

I topped it off with a zero sugar sprite

It’s hard for me to completely eliminate sugar so I try to buy the little cans so I drink only half of what i normally want to drink

This year I’d like to kick artificial sweetener too
