หลังจากลองเล่น Reshelf.xyz อยู่พักนึง เราว่าคนที่เสิร์ชคำว่า “reshelf ขายหนังสือ” น่าจะอยากรู้ขั้นตอนแบบจับมือทำ + ต้องเตรียมอะไรบ้างก่อนลงขายจริง ๆ เลยขอแชร์ทริคจากที่ลองทำเองค่ะ 1) สมัคร/เข้าสู่ระบบให้ไวที่สุด เราเลือก Sign in ด้วย Google สะดวกมาก (ไม่ต้องจำรหัสผ่านเพิ่ม) แล้วเข้าหน้าแรกจะเห็นช่องค้นหาและเมนูด้านข้างต่าง ๆ ถ้าใครหาเมนูไม่เจอ ลองสังเกตแถบด้านข้างที่มีตัวเลือกเกี่ยวกับบทบาท (role) ค่ะ 2) สลับเป็นโหมดผู้ขาย (Switch Role → Seller Mode) จุดนี้สำคัญมาก เพราะถ้ายังอยู่โหมดผู้ซื้อจะไม่เห็นเมนูลงขาย พอกด Switch Role แล้วจะมีป๊อปอัพถามยืนยันประมาณ “Switch to Seller Mode?” ให้กด Continue จากนั้นเมนูสำหรับคนขายจะขึ้นมา เช่น My Listings และปุ่ม “+ List New Book” 3) กด “+ List New Book” แล้วกรอกข้อมูลให้ครบ ฟอร์มเขาจะให้ใส่รายละเอียดหลายส่วน เช่น ชื่อหนังสือ/ผู้แต่ง/ISBN (ถ้ามี) และให้ประเมินสภาพหนังสือด้วย แนะนำให้กรอกให้ละเอียดกว่าที่คิดไว้หน่อย เพราะคนซื้อหนังสือมือสองมักตัดสินใจจาก “สภาพ + ตำหนิ + รูปจริง” เป็นหลัก 4) วิธีเขียนสภาพ/ตำหนิให้คนซื้อเข้าใจ (ช่วยเพิ่มโอกาสคลิกซื้อ) จากประสบการณ์ลงขายของมือสอง ถ้าเขียนกว้าง ๆ เช่น “สภาพดี” อย่างเดียว คนจะยังลังเล ลองเขียนเป็นข้อ ๆ เช่น - มีรอยถลอกที่สันปกเล็กน้อย - มีจุดเหลืองตามอายุที่ขอบกระดาษ (ถ้ามี) - มีรอยพับมุม 1 จุด ตรงไปตรงมาจะช่วยลดการถามซ้ำและลดปัญหาหลังการขายด้วยค่ะ 5) อัปโหลดรูปให้ชัด (สำคัญพอ ๆ กับราคา) ในหน้าสุดท้ายจะมีส่วนให้อัปโหลดรูป/วิดีโอ เราแนะนำถ่ายอย่างน้อย 5 มุม: ปกหน้า, ปกหลัง, สันหนังสือ, ภายใน 1-2 หน้า, และจุดตำหนิแบบซูม ๆ ถ่ายแสงธรรมชาติจะเห็นสภาพจริงสุด 6) ตั้งราคาและจำนวน + เช็กสถานะหลังลงขาย หลังกรอกราคา/จำนวนแล้วกด Create Listing หนังสือจะไปอยู่ใน My Listings และบางเล่มจะมีสถานะอย่าง “Approved” (เหมือนผ่านการอนุมัติให้แสดงขายได้) ถ้ายังไม่ขึ้นขายทันที ลองรอสักพักแล้วกลับมาเช็กสถานะอีกที 7) ข้อควรรู้สำหรับคนไทย: เว็บเป็นภาษาอังกฤษ อันนี้เป็นข้อเสียที่เราเจอเหมือนกัน คือยังไม่เห็นปุ่มเปลี่ยนภาษา ถ้าไม่ถนัดอังกฤษ แนะนำเปิดแปลหน้าเว็บในเบราว์เซอร์ช่วยได้ระดับนึง และจดคำหลักไว้ เช่น Switch Role, Seller Mode, My Listings, List New Book, Create Listing ถ้าใครกำลังคิดจะ “โล๊ะชั้นหนังสือ” จริงจัง เราว่า Reshelf.xyz ตอบโจทย์ตรงที่ลงขายฟรีและหน้าตาเว็บใช้งานง่าย พอทำเป็นรอบแรกแล้ว รอบต่อไปจะไวมากค่ะ
