How do EP 37 compare Scrum Master and Project Manager roles?


Many organizations take Scrum Master and Project Manager to work alternately because they understand that these two positions work in the same way, just call different names by the age, until the project goes the wrong way from the beginning. Most of the problems are not the skill of the person selected, but the placement of the wrong role and the nature of the project.
