Dill Pickle Wings Ingredients: • 1–2 lbs chicken wings • 1 cup dill pickle juice • 1 tsp dried dill (or fresh) • 2–3 garlic cloves, smashed • 1–2 tbsp olive oil • Salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, Cajun seasoning — to taste • 1 tbsp baking powder • 1 tbsp cornstarch • Extra pickle juice (for tossing) • Extra dill (for garnish or tossing) • Fresh lemon or lime juice (to finish) ⸻ Instructions: 1. Brine the Wings Add chicken wings to a bowl with pickle juice, dill, and garlic. Let them soak for at least 30 minutes (longer if you want more flavor). 2. Dry & Season Remove the wings from the brine and pat them dry. In a large bowl, toss wings with olive oil. Add your preferred amount of salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, and Cajun seasoning. Then mix in the baking powder and cornstarch until evenly coated. 3. Air Fry Arrange wings in a single layer in the air fryer. Cook at 400°F for 20 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy. 4.
