Matcha 🐻 crepe roll cake, kinda looks like Mickey Mouse lol 💚

Took about 4 hrs making this today (second time making it like burrito style lol check out what I made the first time)

🍳 Crepe batter (about 10 crepes)

Vegetable oil

2 eggs

Planetoat Unsweetened oatmilk

2 spoons Sencha Naturals matcha powder

Trader’s Joe All purpose flour

🍵 Fillings

2 spoons of matcha powder

1 pack of Philadelphia cream cheese

1/4 can condensed milk (you can add more if you like it sweeter)

Regular roll (5 crepes)

Mini roll (2 crepes)
