I took a trip to The Dollar Store on Friday and picked the recent release of Global Beauty Care I haven’t tried them yet #globalbeautycare

I’ve been getting into the pool 4 to 5 times a week doing 650 jumping jacks and 400 high knees (I do these with the yellow water weights provided by the gym) in 30mins for almost 3 months now and I like it!!! Seeing some progress too!!
