September Reading Goals 📚✨

I’m going to tie up two loose ends with Goldfinch and Broken Throne!

Then I’ll be reading some ARC’s (I still can’t believe I do this), A Nest of Magic by @katemoseman , Our Gifted Hearts by Jennifer Kennedy. Both of these I quite like, and they’re wholly different experiences!

I need to wrap up my love and adventure in The Folk of Air series by @blackholly

I’m super excited to have some monthly goals! 😍

What are your goals? 👀

... Read moreSetting monthly reading goals is a fantastic way to keep your literary journey on track and make meaningful progress throughout the year. This September, focusing on finishing up well-loved books like The Goldfinch and Broken Throne can give a satisfying sense of closure before diving into fresh stories. Advanced Reader Copies (ARCs) such as A Nest of Magic by Kate Moseman and Our Gifted Hearts by Jennifer Kennedy offer unique reading experiences, exposing readers to diverse genres and narrative styles before the general public. These ARCs often come with intriguing elements—magic, found family dynamics, and compelling adventure—that enrich your reading life. Completing Holly Black’s Folk of Air series is another great monthly goal, especially for fans drawn to magical forests, low-stakes but engaging plots, and the allure of supernatural tales filled with mystery and small-town vibes. Holly Black’s writing features strong characters and nuanced relationships, with themes like pining and happily-ever-after endings that resonate deeply with readers. Readers aiming for monthly goals often find that mixing genres—from literary giants like The Goldfinch to the enchanting and grumpy characters in fantasy novels—keeps their reading experience fresh and engaging. Monthly reading goals also promote accountability, community participation (via book clubs or social media groups under #bookgram, #booktok, and #bookworm), and enhanced reading satisfaction. To make the most out of your goals, consider these tips: track your progress, set realistic deadlines, and engage with fellow readers online to share insights and recommendations. What better way to nurture your love of books than through thoughtfully planned reading adventures that tie together beloved stories and exciting new releases?
