It's not just a curry shop ✨ The day I flew to Nepal with a bite💓
It was a really good shop to go to so much that I was wondering where to write from.
Honestly, I took the time to go all the way to eat it, but it was well worth it. Everything was really good.
The owner's older brother was very energetic, interesting, and passionate. The concept of the shop was also wonderful, and the desire to convey Nepal's culture to the Japanese people was very conveyed.
The shop is in the form of a kitchen container. At first, I didn t think anything in particular, but when I heard that it has the meaning of bringing food from Nepal in a container and providing it to everyone, I was impressed.
It seems that some vegetables are grown by themselves.
The commitment is really amazing.
This time I ordered:
[Chicken Choira]
The moment I ate a bite, "It's delicious!!!It felt like the authentic taste, and the balance of spices was the best 🤗
[Mix Chaumin]
They made it Nepalese style, which was also really delicious. The seasoning was solid and I could eat it without getting tired until the end 🥰
【 Samosa (Keema Cheese) 】
The shape was a little unusual, but the taste was outstanding. Rich keema with spices and thick cheese. The outside was crispy and fried and it was the best 🥳
[Steam peach]
For me, who loves peach, just looking at the shape makes me excited (laughs). Of course, the taste was also very delicious. I could eat as many as I wanted 😇
[Cheese naan]
It is a guy who knows that it is absolutely delicious by appearance. There was plenty of thick cheese and it was definitely delicious ☺️
And the most impressive thing was [Dido set]
The person who made a reservation at the seat next to me ordered it and the owner explained it to me. I heard that they brought soba from Nepal and made it with buckwheat flour ground by themselves using a jato (stone mill) until midnight, so we ordered it right away!
To put it simply, it feels like a set meal set in Nepal.
Dido is in the middle.
Made from buckwheat flour, the taste itself is simple, but it is very soft and smooth. It is really delicious when eaten with curry or side dishes.
The contents of the set
・ Meat curry
・ Vegetable curry
・ Dar (bean soup)
・ Chatni
・ Sarg
Tandoori meat 🥩
Jujudau (Nepalese yogurt)
Everything was really delicious and I could tell that they were carefully made one by one.
If you like Nepalese food, of course, it is a restaurant that I would like you to go to for the first time.
The food is delicious, the concept is nice, and the owner's personality is the best.
It was a shop that I definitely wanted to go again.
