I fried flank steak with Cumin, garlic, seasoning salt once fried add poblano peppers, dice onion, can of Chile tomato & it's juice's, small can of tomato paste cover & put in oven @ 350°. cook for an hour.. your meat should shred with a fork & make your taco's 😋
