Therapy with Abbey Romeo
What did we do in Therapy?
We reviewed what we’ve learned from lesson one and lesson two of my social emotional lesson plans available on my teachers pay teachers page. Link in bio!
We then used an example from Abbey’s real life to break down what happened, how she felt about it, who was there to support her, and how that person felt.
We planned for the future and talked about what we can do next time to stay regulated.
If you’d like to use the materials that we used in the session, you can find them for free on my teachers pay teachers page! Link in bio.
