From struggle to strength

Life hasn’t been easy for me. I’ve walked through storms, struggles, and seasons of uncertainty. But guess what? Through it all, I’ve never been alone.

God has been so, so good. Along the way, He’s placed comfort, love, and little blessings right where I needed them most. Each step, even the hard ones, is part of His bigger plan.

Today I’m learning to embrace the journey, not just the destination. To trust His timing. To rest in His goodness. To smile knowing that my story is still unfolding beautifully.

If you’re going through a tough time too, don’t lose heart. Keep walking. One day you’ll look back and see how every hardship shaped you for His purpose.

Many people find comfort in knowing that they are not alone in their hardships and that faith can be a guiding light through difficult times. The journey from struggle to strength is unique for everyone, yet common themes like trust in timing, finding joy in small blessings, and resting in hope resonate universally. Inspiration can be drawn from communities such as the ACJC Students' Council, whose dedication and leadership transition symbolize growth and renewal. Their commitment to passion and service exemplifies how taking steps forward, despite challenges, contributes to a larger purpose. Just as the council's leadership evolves, so too can our personal stories evolve with patience and faith. Embracing life's ups and downs allows us to develop resilience and character. Each challenge offers a lesson, and acknowledging the process can help people cultivate gratitude even during tough periods. This perspective change encourages continual progress and fosters an optimistic outlook on what the future holds. If you’re enduring a difficult season, consider identifying and appreciating the small moments of comfort and kindness around you. Staying connected to a supportive community or faith practice can nurture healing and strength. Remember, every step taken, even the hard ones, is part of a bigger plan unfolding beautifully, much like a story still being written.

Strength includes the ability to soften
Strength is not just about pushing through. It’s also about knowing when to slow down, open up, and soften. True resilience comes from emotional awareness, compassion, and the courage to stay present with yourself and others. When you allow yourself to soften, you don’t become weaker, you bec

Lord, give me the strength to turn lemons into lemonade.

From Stitches to Strength 💪
Finally, it’s been 100 days! 🥰 I can only say — time really flies after giving birth. In the blink of an eye, it’s almost time for me to return to work! This is the longest break I’ve ever taken since I started working, and I’m honestly so reluctant for it to end. What I’m most reluctant about is

Build Strength From the Ground Up
Most people try to get stronger by adding weight first. That's why progress stalls or injuries happen. Real strength is built in layers. First you master the movement. Then you repeat quality work consistently. Only after that do you increase intensity. Foundation. Consistency. Inten

More thoughts on the cross (2/2)
One question I often ask God is how do I love the people around me who are so unlovable? The people who are self centred, deliberately hurtful, mean, entitled, maybe even abusive … The first thought I have is - that probably somewhat describes me too from God’s perspective. I’ve definitely rece

Flowing Through 55🍃Aging with Strength💪
I turn 55 this weekend. And if there’s one thing I’ve learned — it’s that it’s never too late to begin. I didn’t start this journey in my 20s. I wasn’t always this strong, this balanced, or this confident. But I showed up. Again and again. If you’re in your 40s, 50s, or beyond… wonderi
