When someone asks me what my hobby is, it’s food

I lift semi heavy weights somewhat consistently 🏋🏻‍♀️💪 I know that if I trained harder and more frequently I’d be leaner faster but I’m happy with the speed of my lifestyle change. It’s sustainable and realistic for me which is the most important part.
