The name of "Tarit Peng" is tied to the Emergency Correction Center (f.) in the 2010 dissolution of the red-shirt public rally, as it is the "Director-General of Special Investigation" that is instrumental in the official prosecution of the red-shirt people.

Many parties view it as the position of "Director General of DSI" during the course of such a significant incident that "Tarit Peng" is the position of a "secret arrestor" in the important "primary" manner of the incident.

In a situation where all parties are constantly debating the facts of the incident, and it takes every force to find information and evidence for more than ten years, on July 8, 2023, "Tarit Peng," as the former Director General of DSI, also opened a press release asking the Supreme Court to restore justice to the 99 dead and the families of the dead and more than 2,000 injured in the April-May 2010 incident.

That speech by Mr. Tarit linked something between the dissolution of the rally and the prosecution of the people involved and the May 22, 2014 coup, which remains a question to this day.
