my brainspotting therapy journey

just wanted to post this about my personal experience 🫶 licensed mental health therapists & counselors are one of the most AMAZING people I’ve ever invested in for myself, and Brainspotting has been the biggest game changer of all of the modalities I’ve ever tried. There’s definitely a difference in licensed mental health therapists, and certified therapy practitioners like me as a sound therapist - we bring different things and I never want to come across as the same as a licensed mental health professional. My best adivce is to employ therapists from all spectrums and find what works for you!! Sound comes in to assist in the place where the mind and talking have a hard time reaching. It’s always there to help you rebalance, and retune ❤️ #soundtherapy #brainspotting #somatics #soundhealing #therapyjourney
