Trying to be consistent in my walking and just moving my body period outside of work.. I been thinking of signing up for this 5k walk in my city for a couple of days now.. I’ve never did anything like this but I would like to see how it goes.. what do y’all think? Should I try it??? #walkingjou

When you are loved properly, without limitations and just being able to be your authentic self.. you can’t help but to smile. The love that I’m experiencing is so healthy.
