「ホテルアクア黒部のカフェって実際どう？」と思って行ってみたら、想像以上に“使い勝手がいい”場所でした。場所はあいの風とやま鉄道・黒部駅の目の前。ホテルの中にあるので、天気が悪い日でも入口から店内まで移動がラクで、待ち合わせや移動の合間の休憩にも向いています。 私が助かったポイントは、まず価格設定。コーヒーが300円、プチデザートが200円でワンコインに収まるのはもちろん、コーヒーのおかわりが100円なのが地味にうれしいです。ゆっくり話したい時や、ちょっと作業したい時に「もう1杯どうしよう…」って悩まなくて済みました。ちなみにプチデザートはプリンやチーズケーキなどの日があって、軽く甘いものが欲しい時にちょうどいい量でした。 店内はテーブル席の種類がいろいろあって、1人でも家族でも座りやすい印象。落ち着いた雰囲気ですが、タイミングによってはグループ利用で賑やかなこともあるので、静かに過ごしたい人は混みそうな時間帯を少し外すのが良さそうです。 メニューはドリンク以外にデザート系（ワッフルやムース系）や、軽食としてピッツァがあるのもポイント。カフェで「甘いものだけだと物足りない」時に、しょっぱい選択肢があるのは便利でした。店内にはコーヒー豆の案内もあって、気に入ったら自宅用に買って帰れるのも◎。 あと、旅行者目線だと支払い方法が幅広いのは安心でした。現金だけじゃなく、クレジットやQR決済にも対応している表示があったので、手持ちが少ない時でも入りやすいです。車で来る場合も駐車場あり。営業時間は日によって変更があるようなので、行く前にホテル（アクア黒部）の情報をチェックしておくとスムーズです。 「ホテルアクア黒部でちょっとカフェしたい」「黒部駅前でコスパ良く休憩したい」人には、VIEILLE caféはかなり使える一軒だと思います。次は別のデザートやピッツァも試してみたいです。
