Making my own chilli oil 🌶️🔥
In the video i let the oil cool for too long (>3 mins) before pouring onto the chilli mix. Ideally, you want to aim for a small sizzling sound when it hits the chilli to help release more fragrance which is approx 1-2 mins after taking it off heat. Mine still turned out fine but a bit more heat
