3 weeks ago, I wore this coat to church and couldn’t button it. Today, it surprisingly button!
Important milestone for me because after having a baby in 2021 and another in 2022 and my breast milk DEPENDING on ALL the carbs and ALL the excess weight, I am finally getting on with my plan to fit back into my pre-baby wardrobe…so I can get rid of it all and go on a shopping spree lol
I initially attempted this last January, lost 10 lbs and milk supply immediately dropped. I quickly regained the weight and simply returned. I’ve been sitting at 45 lbs more than I started and could feel it in every way. Now we are ready to get back to it!

It's common to feel overwhelmed by the struggles of getting back to one's pre-pregnancy wardrobe. Each individual's weight loss journey is unique, and it's essential to focus not just on the scale but on adopting a healthier lifestyle.
Incorporating regular physical activity and a balanced diet are key aspects of successful weight loss. Engaging in enjoyable exercises, such as walking, yoga, or any form of movement, helps maintain motivation while also improving overall wellbeing. Furthermore, choosing nourishing foods that fuel your body can make a significant difference. It's also valuable to remember that weight loss may be slow, and plateaus happen, especially when balancing hormonal changes due to breastfeeding.
Support from communities or groups focused on weight loss and transformation can create accountability and encouragement. Sharing progress, setbacks, and experiences with others who have similar goals is motivating. Remember, honoring your body's journey and transitions is just as important as achieving a specific number on the scale. Ultimately, the important takeaway is to prioritize health, self-love, and realistic goals to foster a positive relationship with food and body image.
