As my graduation day approaches, only 19 days left until I officially become an alumni of the University of Minnesota, I've been reflecting on how to balance the excitement with self-care and wellness. Staying active has been a game changer. Incorporating regular workouts, whether at Life Time gym, CRZ YOGA sessions, or morning runs, has helped me not only manage stress but also increase my energy levels throughout hectic college days. Nutrition plays a big role as well. I've recently discovered Poppi, a refreshing prebiotic soda that is low calorie but packed with ingredients that support gut health. It’s such a great alternative to regular sugary drinks and gives me the energy boost I need without the crash. It’s also perfect for grabbing on the go between classes or workout sessions. Aside from fitness and nutrition, the journey through college life culminates in a significant milestone: graduation. It’s hard to believe how quickly these years have flown by but focusing on living in the moment and celebrating small achievements—like completing a tough workout or finishing an assignment—has made the experience richer and more rewarding. If I could share advice with fellow college students, it would be this: prioritize wellness in all forms as you approach your graduation. Whether it's through exercise, balanced nutrition, or simply taking time to enjoy moments with friends and family, these habits will help you transition smoothly from student life to your next chapter while maintaining your health and happiness.

Can I be part of your final semester at UMN? I graduated in 2022 from CBS and I’d love to give you an alumnus’ experience
