Get too know Synai (sigh-na)

Hey Lemon8 fam! So glad you're curious to GET TO KNOW ME! As you can see from my 'NEW TO LEMON8' post, I'm just getting started on this journey, and I’m excited to share more about myself beyond those quick bullet points. First off, yes, I’m 19, and life’s an adventure. My heart definitely belongs to animals – especially cats and dogs. There’s nothing quite like coming home to a furry friend. You might have seen some glimpses of my pups; I absolutely adore my small, fluffy brown dog and our two dark-colored dogs who are always up for cuddles or a playful romp. They truly bring so much joy and laughter into my life. I’m always learning new things about their personalities, and honestly, they're the best companions. I dream of having a house full of rescues one day! And speaking of pets, I’m seriously considering getting some pet hermit crabs! I know, it sounds a little out there, but they’re so fascinating, and I love the idea of creating a little habitat for them to explore. Beyond my animal obsession, I’m also pretty crafty. Whether it’s DIY projects, sketching, or trying out new artistic endeavors, I love creating things with my hands. There’s something incredibly satisfying about transforming an idea into something tangible. It’s a great way to unwind and express myself. My faith is also a huge part of who I am. I truly love my Bible, and I believe that in Jesus' Name, we all should pray. It brings me so much peace and guidance. It reminds me of those powerful messages you sometimes see, like the billboard that resonated with me so much: "JUST BECAUSE YOU DON'T SEE ANYTHING HAPPENING, DOESN'T MEAN GOD'S NOT WORKING." That message is a constant reminder to trust in divine timing and have faith, even when things seem uncertain. I’m also very much an outdoorsy person. Give me a sunny day and a trail, and I’m happy! I love exploring nature, whether it's a brisk walk, a hike, or just enjoying some fresh air. Being outside helps me clear my head and find inspiration. It's where I feel most refreshed and connected. And finally, yes, I'm stuck in the middle of four sisters! You can imagine the chaos, the laughter, and the endless stories that come with that. It’s definitely never a dull moment, and while we have our sisterly squabbles, there’s an unbreakable bond there. It’s taught me a lot about patience, compromise, and always having someone in your corner. So, that's a little more about me! From taking a quick mirror selfie in my light blue shirt and dark pants to capture a moment, to showing off my dark, curly hair in a black shirt while I'm out and about – I'm just living my life and excited to share it here on Lemon8. I can't wait to connect with you all and hear a bit about your passions too!
