As a result, I feel compelled to delete the app to avoid wasting time on a platform cluttered with fake interactions. If you’re a content creator or an avid user, I recommend looking closely at the engagement quality on any platform you use. Genuine communities foster creativity and support, whereas bot-heavy environments can be demotivating. Platforms need to enhance their detection and removal of bots to maintain user trust. Until then, it’s essential to be cautious and set realistic expectations when using apps like Lemon8.
