ピールオフベースは「おすすめはどれ？」と聞かれがちなんですが、実際は“合う・合わない”がかなり出ます。私はベタつきが皮膚につく感じが苦手で、オフ後に未硬化ジェルっぽく残るタイプは避けるようになりました。逆に、密着が強すぎて自爪ごとメリメリいくタイプも怖い…。なので選ぶときは「剥がれ方」「残り方」「塗りやすさ」を最優先にしています。 まず、ジェルネイルの剥がせるベース（ピールオフ）を選ぶポイント。 ・テクスチャー：もったりしすぎるとムラになりやすいし、サラサラすぎると流れて皮膚につきがち。ハケ跡が残りにくい“中間”が扱いやすかったです。 ・オフ後の残り方：理想は、ゴムっぽく伸びて“びょーん”と一枚で取れる感じ。ベタベタが爪に残るなら、塗布量が多すぎるか、硬化不足、もしくは相性の可能性。 ・成分表記：TPOフリー、HEMAフリーなどの表記が気になる人は、購入前に必ず確認。私は肌に触れるのが怖いタイプなので、ここもチェック項目です。 次に、長持ちさせつつダメージを減らす塗り方のコツ。 1) プレップはやりすぎない：削りすぎると密着は上がるけど、オフ時に自爪を持っていかれがち。私は軽い油分除去と端の甘皮ケアくらいにしています。 2) ピールオフは薄く均一に：厚塗りは“剥がれやすい”より“残りやすい”に寄りやすい印象。薄く2回より、薄く1回で均一を意識。 3) 先端は少し控えめ：エッジまでベースをベタ塗りすると、欠けたときにそこから水が入って浮きやすいことがありました。 オフのやり方も重要です。私はお湯（入浴後）やオイルを少し使って、端からゆっくり起こす派。無理に一気に剥がさず、浮いた部分から少しずつ。ここで痛みを感じるなら、無理に剥がさず一度オイルを追加した方が結果的に爪に優しいです。 比較検討でよく検索される「ネイル工房 プレミアムベースジェル」や「ペロリン（ドンキでの値段が気になるやつ）」みたいに、定番候補は多いですよね。私も口コミを見るときは、良い評価だけじゃなく「ベタつきが残った」「持ちが良すぎて怖い」みたいな低評価の内容が自分の苦手ポイントと一致してないかを確認します。 それと、ピールオフはネイルサロンでも扱いが増えていますが、セルフならなおさら“剥がしやすさ優先”で選ぶのがおすすめ。ペン型ジェルネイル（nullinなど）を使う人も、ベースだけは別で相性を見た方が失敗が少ないと思います。 最後に、頻度の目安。私は爪が薄く感じる時期は交換頻度を落として、2〜3週間持たせるより「10〜14日で優しくオフ」の方が爪が安定しました。オーロラ系や厚みを出すデザイン（オーロラホップ系が好きな人）ほどオフに力が入りやすいので、ベースの相性チェックは必須です。
