Workouts I completed this Week

This week, I worked out 5 out of the seven days ! On Sunday, I burned 815 calories on the treadmill, did five sets of 60 pounds calf raises, and completed 5 sets of 50 pounds on the hips machine. Tuesday, I climbed 2026 stairs, 60 pounds of 5 sets of the chest press machine, and 30 pounds of 10 sets on the shoulder press machine. Wednesday, I stretched and completed a pilates workout at home. Thursday I climbed 2539 stairs, 5 sets of 70 pounds on the lateral press machine, and 70 pounds on the tricep press machine. Saturday burned 400 calories, 60 pounds of 5 sets of calf raises, and 2 sets of 7 sets of 50 pounds on the hips machine. #planetfitness #workout 🏋️ #athomeworkout
