Hey everyone! So, as some of you might know, my last Snapchat account ran into some trouble and got banned. It was a bummer, but guess what? I'm back with a brand new account, and I'm super excited to reconnect with all my friends and make new ones! My username is now tabatha_stan03, and you can easily add me by scanning my new Snapcode, just like the one you see for Tabatha Marie. I've been getting a lot of questions about setting up a new account or how to use Snapcodes, so I thought I'd share some quick tips for anyone who's new to Snapchat or just needs a refresher! If you're creating a Snapchat account online for the first time, it's actually pretty straightforward. Just download the app, hit 'Sign Up,' and follow the prompts. You'll need to enter your name, birthday, and create a unique username. Make sure it's something you like, because changing it later isn't always easy! I remember when I first signed up, I spent ages trying to pick the perfect one. For my new account, I went with tabatha_stan03 as it's easy to remember and find. One of the coolest features on Snapchat is the Snapcode. It's like a QR code specifically for your profile. To add someone using their Snapcode (like mine!), just open your Snapchat camera, point it at the Snapcode, and tap and hold on the screen. It should automatically scan and give you the option to 'Add Friend.' If you're trying to share your own Snapcode, just tap your profile icon at the top left of the camera screen, and your unique Snapcode will appear. You can then save it to your camera roll or share it directly. It’s super handy for quickly adding friends without typing out usernames! When you're new to Snapchat, it's a good idea to check your app settings screen. You can find this by tapping your profile icon and then the gear icon in the top right. Here, you can manage your privacy settings (who can see your stories, who can contact you), notification preferences, and even customize your Bitmoji. I always recommend reviewing these settings to make sure you're comfortable with who can interact with you. It really helps keep your experience positive!
